Contracts and project management
Led by Rob Norris and Tom Pottinger, Contracts Directors
Seven project managers, including both Contracts Directors, run our installation projects. They're qualified to HNC level in building services engineering, and work with our own installation teams for air conditioning, ductwork, plumbing and pipework.

Design team

Our mechanical design department is part of the contracts team. It works in AutoCAD, including 3D, Revit and MEPworx, and several clients employ us as their design consultants.

Compliance team

A full health and safety pack is available for every project. A CMIOSH-qualified health and safety consultant prepares and updates our RAMS and health and safety documents, and a service supervisor spot-checks sites around the UK.

Training and qualifications
We invest in our staff, with regular training so the team keeps up with new technology, and an apprenticeship programme for both project managers and site engineers.
- All our air conditioning engineers hold F-Gas qualifications
- Several engineers hold Gas Safe certification
- Engineers hold CSCS, PASMA, IPAF and asbestos awareness cards
- Project managers qualified to HNC level in building services engineering
- Manufacturers' training courses, which keep our partner accreditations current
- Regular health and safety courses and toolbox talks for all engineering staff
- Apprentices study for NVQ and HNC qualifications at college while working alongside an experienced engineer
