Systems that suit the interiors

At the Hampstead residence we designed, installed and commissioned Daikin VRV air conditioning with ducted systems and linear slot diffusers. Ducted units are concealed from the rooms they serve, and a slot diffuser shows only as a narrow line, so little of the system is on view in the finished rooms.

Alongside the air conditioning we installed heat recovery ventilation, which brings fresh air into the house and recovers heat from the stale air it extracts. Ventilation was part of our work at the Mayfair residence too.

Heating, hot water and the plant room

Behind the finished rooms is the plant that serves them. In the Mayfair townhouse, our heating work included underfloor heating, the boiler plant room and controls. In Hampstead, our scope included gas-fired water heaters, cold water storage, and plumbing and pipework services including the plant room.

Our own directly employed, qualified plumbers install and commission the water services, and gas-fired water heaters are fitted by Gas Safe registered engineers.

Design
Around the house and its interiors
A comprehensive site survey assesses the layout, structure and use of the house, so the system can be designed to suit it. In Hampstead, our design covered the air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and pipework.
Install
To the project programme
Our installers work to your project plan, in step with the other trades. In Mayfair we supplied and installed the VRV, ventilation, plumbing and heating over a 40-week programme.
Commission
Before the house is handed over
Commissioning was part of our scope in both houses, setting each system to work and checking it before handover, from the air conditioning and ventilation to the water services.
Maintain
To keep the house comfortable
We service and maintain the air conditioning, ventilation, heating and plumbing in private homes, including systems installed by others, with visits scheduled around you. If we notice something you can do to improve efficiency or operation, we'll let you know.
