Scope of work
A 12-year, ongoing service contract for Zara and the Inditex Group's other brands in the UK.
HVAC planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns: chillers, VRF, split systems, ventilation systems, AHUs and door curtains, with remote access to the stores' building management systems.
