Concentrix are leading independent customer relationship management (CRM) specialists based in Leicestershire. Their clients range from small companies with a handful of CRM users to household-name PLCs with hundreds of users on multiple sites. As their service is web-based, Concentrix's computer systems need to be always on and always available to meet their clients' 24/7 needs.
Requirement: maintenance and quick repairs
Concentrix approached McVeigh to service and maintain their existing air conditioning systems, both in the office areas and in their purpose-built server room. In particular, they needed faulty air conditioning equipment in the server room to be repaired or replaced quickly.
Solution: regular maintenance and a same-day response
We maintain the air conditioning regularly so the systems continue to operate efficiently and effectively, and any potential faults are spotted before they become an issue. Our policy is to repair systems and only replace them if absolutely necessary. If a fault does occur, we respond the same day, within a matter of hours.
